Virtual Decluttering Coaching for Women
Reclaim your space and your peace—without the pressure of having a stranger in your home.
Clutter is often the physical manifestation of life's heaviest transitions. Whether you are navigating a neurodivergent brain, rightsizing for the next chapter, or simply starting over, I provide the structure, accountability, and calm guidance you need to move forward—one space, one decision, and one session at a time.
How Virtual Decluttering Works
Virtual decluttering is a guided, supportive process — designed to help you make progress without overwhelm.
Personalized Support — We begin with a free consultation to talk about your goals, challenges, and what you want your home to feel like.
Step-by-Step Coaching — During each Zoom session, I guide you through decluttering one space at a time — in a way that feels doable, not overwhelming.
Real-Time Accountability & Support — If you ever get stuck or unsure about an item, I’m right there to help you talk it through. I answer your questions, support your decision-making, and help you feel confident about what to keep, donate, or let go of — without pressure or judgment.
Between-Session Support — After each call, I send a simple recap of what we accomplished along with a short list of optional independent tasks. There’s no pressure — if something doesn’t get done, we simply pick up right where you left off at the next session.
Simple, Sustainable Systems — We’ll create organizing strategies that work for your brain and your season of life, so you can maintain your space long after our sessions are over.
All you need is a laptop, tablet, or smartphone with a camera and a stable internet connection. No fancy apps or technical expertise required.
This is what we work through together — one space, one decision, one session at a time.

The Impact of Virtual Support - A Client Perspective
I’m a high achiever who was just diagnosed with ADHD later in life. It made my entire life suddenly make sense — and also made it clear why everything felt like it was done on ‘hard mode.’
Between a medically fragile child, an immunocompromised household, serious health issues, and adult children with ADHD and autism, we have a lot going on. I had always resisted professional organizing, but my neuropsychologist explained that I don’t naturally organize internally or externally — and that outside support isn’t a failure, it’s necessary.
Virtual decluttering works for us because having someone physically in our home isn’t safe. The support is still real, the progress is real — and I don’t have to do it alone.

How We Work Together (Virtually)
Step 1: Book Your Free Consultation
We’ll talk through your goals, the spaces that feel most overwhelming, and what’s getting in the way of progress. This is a supportive, judgment-free conversation designed to bring clarity and relief — not pressure.
Together, we’ll identify your top priority spaces and create a starting plan that feels realistic, supportive, and doable.
Step 2: Onboarding
If you decide to move forward, you’ll receive a short series of 3 emails:
Contract — to review and sign
Invoice — with a secure payment link
Scheduling Link — to book your first session
Once those steps are complete, we begin working on your first space together — at your pace, honoring your energy and comfort level.
Step 3: We Declutter Together - Step by Step
During each virtual session, you simply position your device so I can see the space you’re working on. From there, I walk alongside you and guide you through the process in real time.
You’ll receive clear support with:
What to pick up first
How to sort and make decisions with confidence
Where items should go
How to create simple, sustainable systems
How to maintain your space with less stress
You’re never left to figure things out on your own. I coach, encourage, and keep you grounded so you feel focused, calm, and capable the entire time.
This process is designed to feel supportive, manageable, and human — not overwhelming.
Your Virtual Declutter Coach & Professional Organizer
Wendy Zanders is a U.S. Army Veteran, Professional Organizer, and Your Declutter Coach. As a homeschooling mom raising neurodivergent children, Wendy understands firsthand how ADHD, Autism, Trauma, and Life Transitions can make everyday systems feel overwhelming.
Growing up with undiagnosed ADD, Wendy was often labeled distracted or unfocused. Over time, she learned to create practical systems that helped her thrive academically and later excel in the Army as a Unit Supply Specialist (92Y) and Unit Armorer — roles where organization, structure, and accountability mattered.
Within a short period of time, Wendy navigated several major Life Transitions:
Divorce after 24 years of marriage
Supported her daughter through an autism diagnosis
Supported her 18-year-old son as he transitioned into adulthood
These experiences deepened her compassion and shaped her approach.
Today, Wendy supports neurodivergent women, active seniors, and moms navigating life transitions or advocating for their special needs children. With a calm, judgment-free approach focused on progress, not perfection, her work helps families simplify their homes, build sustainable life skills, and feel more confident in their space—no matter the season they’re in.

You Don’t Have to Do This Alone
Decluttering doesn’t have to mean pushing harder, doing more, or fixing yourself.
Whether you’re navigating a life transition, managing a neurodivergent brain, rightsizing for your next chapter, or building independence for a loved one — support can make all the difference.
Virtual decluttering meets you where you are and moves at your pace.
One space. One decision. One session at a time.
When you’re ready, I’m here to walk alongside you.
