Meet Wendy Zanders

Your Virtual Declutter Coach & Professional Organizer

Wendy Zanders, Your Declutter Coach, with her 18-year-old son and 12-year-old daughter holding Pua the stuffed pig from Moana at a restaurant.

Wendy Zanders is a U.S. Army Veteran, Professional Organizer, and Your Declutter Coach. As a homeschooling mom raising neurodivergent children and navigating ADHD, Autism, PTSD, Anxiety, and Depression within her own family Wendy understands firsthand how overwhelming clutter, life transitions, and daily responsibilities can feel.

Growing up with undiagnosed ADD, she was often labeled distracted, lazy, or unfocused. Her resilience and determination pushed her to develop systems that helped her thrive academically and later excel in the Army as a Unit Supply Specialist (92Y) and Unit Armorer.

Recently, Wendy experienced three major life transitions within just 30 days:

  • Her son turned 18 and moved away

  • Her daughter received her Autism diagnosis

  • Wendy finalized her divorce after 24 years of marriage

These experiences deepened her compassion and strengthened her mission. Today, Wendy empowers Neurodivergent Families, Active Seniors, and Those in Life Transitions simplify their homes, build life skills, and reclaim peace and confidence no matter what season they’re navigating.

Serving with Systems: Lessons from the Army
Wendy enlisted in the U.S. Army in July 1999 as a Unit Supply Specialist and Unit Armorer. She applied the same systems she created in high school to organize her fast-paced military roles. Her natural talent for order allowed her to transform a failing arms room into one that earned top inspection scores, earning high praise from her leadership. These experiences showed her how powerful structure, consistency, and systems can be. These are principles she now brings to every client she serves.
