My Story

Wendy Zanders is a U.S. Army Veteran, Professional Organizer, and Your Declutter Coach.

As a homeschooling mom raising neurodivergent children, Wendy understands firsthand how overwhelming clutter, life transitions, and daily responsibilities can feel—especially when you’re already stretched thin.

Growing up with undiagnosed ADD, Wendy was often labeled distracted or unfocused. Over time, she learned how to create simple systems that supported her brain instead of fighting it—skills that later helped her thrive academically and professionally.

Those same skills now guide her work with clients.

In a short season of life, Wendy navigated several major transitions:

  • Her son turned 18 and moved out

  • Her daughter received an Autism diagnosis

  • Wendy finalized her divorce after 24 years of marriage

These experiences deepened her compassion and clarified her mission.

Today, Wendy helps women who are Neurodivergent, Seniors and those in Life Transitions simplify their homes, build life skills, and regain peace—one small step at a time.

Military Background

Serving with Systems: Lessons from the Army

Wendy enlisted in the U.S. Army as a Unit Supply Specialist (92Y) and Unit Armorer.

She applied her natural talent for organization to fast-paced military roles, transforming a failing arms room into a high-performing operation that earned top inspection scores and leadership recognition.

The Army taught Wendy the power of:

  • Clear systems

  • Consistency

  • Structure that supports people—not pressures them

These principles are the foundation of how she supports every client today.
